(More customer reviews)Superb little hard drive. I only use it as a firewire drive, so I can't speak to its USB capabilities. I originally ordered a Western Digitial Passport, but I later found that iBooks and PowerBooks don't output enough USB power to run it off USB alone -- this little drive functions just fine powered only by the firewire port.
For OS X 10.5 users, this is a great Time Machine drive. I bought a second for my fiancee.
