(More customer reviews)This modem works fine so far. I didn't have trouble getting the MOH to install, I just couldn't find it. Right-clicking the application icon in the system tray of the desktop displays this option. I am not very computer literate, so I didn't think to look there.You must run the software installation FIRST before hardware installation according to the instruction book. Even so , my computer could not find the both drivers. I ended up going thru "my computer" and clicking on the "drivers" and then they installed.( There is an audio driver also). So far everything is running good.
I also had to change a setting on ISP dial up box so that it would choose the correct modem. I just wanted to add these
things in case there is someone like myself out there who
purchases this. Hope this helps.
