(More customer reviews)I have had this computer for some time now, and it's totally AMAZING.I have had HP's, Sony's and Dells, and the Dell computer systems are by far the most reliable.
I did upgrade the memory to 12gB, but that's the only change I made to the stock system.
I run two monitors, which is awesome--a 24" sidescreen and a 17".I keep my email open on the 17", and use the 24 for applications.This way I can keep my eye on emails if they come in while I'm working on something else.
I run high memory user programs, like Photoshop, iTunes, and various Office apps.I usually have many windows open in my browser (I do use Explorer because of how it integrate with the other apps).I run Norton 360 (the full version) antivirus.I have TRIED to overload this machine, just to see how it would react, but even with all of these applications/programs, I can't do it.
I have never had an issue with setup of hardware, with updates, etc.I have had 3 printers hooked up at once, and a multi-page document scanner.I have wireless keyboard and mouse (Logitech gaming) and multiple pieces of hardware from webcam to cell phone (smartphone HTC Touch Pro2) to 2 different iPods.I have never had any issues, never had a glitch or a hangup.
I really feel like I have put this thing through the paces (for my sort of apps--I don't do gaming) and it's come up golden.
