(More customer reviews)So I read the reviews here, took the plunge and would say the *only* reason you should be buying this over another vendor's external HD is the E-SATA interface.E-SATA is mighty fast and blows away USB.As others have mentioned, you need to reformat this to NTFS to save big files and I wiped the virtual partition.The backup software is junk - go download a freeware copy of GFI Backup which is way better.It works fine, but for the average plug and play person who is not tech savy this is probably too much work.
