(More customer reviews)I purchased the Z35 fully loaded and the first day I plugged it all together it crashed.I called but no customer support - i couldn't even purchase customer support.I travel weekly each weekend the same, bring it up, 10 to 15 minutes later it crashes to the blue screen of death.All I am running is Windows 7 and IE.I have not even wasted time loaded up my work and work programs.So I am still using my 6 year old Dell.Each time I have called the service desk they set out on the same wild goose chase and now I am running some 6 hour memory test.NO SERVICE and not functional. Each week we try something new, since I had this problem during its first 15 minutes of use, I am hoping to send it back.
