(More customer reviews)My boss tried to convince me to buy a Saddlebag last year. I ignored him and purchased a Wagnar Swiss Army bag, which was roomy and stylish, and which I promptly lost.

I decided to go for the Saddlebag Pro. I had seen it in stores, liked the size, but disliked the drawer. When it came, it was so much smaller than I remembered (I have a slick case for commutes - the saddlebag is for flying). Luckily, everything unzips, the storage compartment becomes absolutely huge, and the drawer even velcros out and removes completely, leaving two storage compartments tucked away in the bottom.

The folks at Kensington apparently wanted to let people smuggle parrots out of the jungle in this thing. It's massive! I mean, there are tons of places to stick everything! My absolutely monstrous Toshiba (which thinks it wants to be a desktop) fits in easily, with room for textbooks, files, PDA, and everything else I could want to bring (and many things I don't).

Basically, buy the Saddlebag and leave the UHaul at home.

I-xoft Fanless Notebk Cooler Review

(More customer reviews)I have two laptops at home and they both seem to run hot with the fans going full blast all day. I have been looking for a notebook cooler that I could sit under a laptop that would blow air underneath and cool them off a little. At least that is what I thought until I kept reading reviews of these devices and how the fans would quit working after a while or the fans would blow up the USB port on the laptop they were powering from. Then I ran across this particular cooler - no power to worry about. Just set your laptop on the top and it would suck away the heat from your laptop and make it run cooler.

I was skeptical until I started google for reviews on this cooler pad. I found many technical reviews that all raved about this particular product and they even provided tests that showed how the actual temperature of the computer processor and hard drives were running cooler with the pad underneath. Apparently, the pad has some kind of substance inside that is solid when it is cold, but turns to a liquid when it gets hot and it sucks away heat when in this mode. I bought one to try with my Dell 17-inch laptop. It came a few days later and I slipped it under and it is really amazing. The fan operates at a lot slower speed than it used to (meaning the laptop is not as hot) and sometimes it doesn't even turn on for long periods of time.

I wondered about my other laptop which has intake vents on the bottom. I was worried that the vents would be covered by the pad and stop airflow. But this isn't the case. The top is dimpled and the laptop still has airflow around the intake - at least on my HP laptop. One laptop is 15 inches and the other is 17 inches and this pad works for both.
