(More customer reviews)This card works as described.I was able to get transfer rates up to 80 MBs through the 1394b interface.I had problems with it cutting out on long transfers though, and it turned out to be because the card was getting too hot.I put a spot fan on it, and that fixed the problem.I was able to transfer several hundred GB at one time with no degradation over time. (averaged 78 or so MBs) I probably would recommend to the manufacturer to put a heat sink or two on this card.
