(More customer reviews)Ok so the design of the power connector may not be the fault of this particular product since I havent seen it done any better way with other products.That still doesnt mean it takes a lot of maneuvering before you succeed to line up those four pins with the power connector.Other then that the product works great.I successfully recovered/backup a friends data from a failing HDD from his laptop.Which is why i bought this product to begin with.
