I'm on Windows 7 64bit and it was just plug and play. Turned off PC, installed card, turned back on, and Windows automatically installed drivers. I haven't had the opportunity to test it with other products, but I see no problems with it so far.
If you have a MadCatz stick that was incompatible with your motherboard, this will work.
