I had always had used computers and used them until they waved a white flag so when I went to buy a computer I was clueless but I knew the Sony name and have always trusted it for quality products. This computer is no exception to that. I love it! I was able to set it up within minutes and start using it. The Sony name has not disappointed me. It's a quality product at a great price. I have never been happier with a computer.
