I bought three of these to install on my LAN to connect my office computer to the server. The server is using XP home and it worked right out of the box and drivers on the CD. I instaled another card on an office PC running Windows Vista. Again, no problems and its really fast trasfering really large HD video file across the LAN.
I wasn't sure how well it would work with my CAT-5 wiring, but it all came up running gigabit speeds. I also bought the TP-Link 8 port Gigabit switch to go with them. I love it so far.
Just a great value for the money.
