(More customer reviews)After trying a generic switch from Best Buy that refused to work properly I ordered this item from Amazon.Simply took it out of the box and plugged it in and it worked flawlessly.I had previously installed the Network Magic software that is included.My system recognized the switch and there has been no problems since.
