(More customer reviews)I was surprised how heavy the box was when arrived. The LX dual has only solid metal load bearing parts, plastic only plays role as cable ties or aesthetic cover. It feels robust and reliable. The box had all the necessary tools to assemble and mount the monitors. For heavier over 20" LCD panels the spring in the arm will need to be adjusted, the adjustment tool is part of the package. I am amazed by the build quality and the value for the money, specially when I see more expensive products with plastic joints on the market.
