(More customer reviews)To start, I'm not really a computer expert, but my brother is, & we looked for a while to try & find a laptop w/the right amt. of inputs for my home entertainment needs, & this appears to be the one.For under $1000, you get a blu-ray drive, 3 USB ports, and an HDMI port, so for me, that's enough for streaming from the internet, hooking up to a new tv, taking advantage of all the new ways to enjoy tv/movies.If you can find a better deal for all of that, good luck, 'cause I looked for a while.Most laptops by other brands w/these specs are close to this price or more, & they don't even include a blu-ray drive.Some are even the same price for a 14" monitor.I was quite surprised that I went w/a Samsung, I normally don't think of them for laptops, I usually think of all of the other name brands, but this has been just fine, & Samsung overall is a quality product.It's quiet, relatively fast, light, & doesn't seem to overheat.Overall, very satisfied w/this laptop.
