This little fan is the perfect size for my desk, and I imagine anyone's cluttered desk can afford the small space it takes. It sits directly across from me (2 feet away) between my pencil cup (shorter than my scissors) and my phone. It has an acceptable noise level: I can talk on the phone with no problem.It doesn't blow my papers around. But most importantly, it keeps me nice and cool, happily blowing on me to fulfill its destiny!A good purchase.
